Articuno was a staple Pokemon in GBL Ultra League in Season 1 & has seen itself continue to stay in the spotlight. With the abundance of the Freeze Pokemon in communities after it has returned numerous times, we suggest trading for better PVP IVs & if you want to save dust, only run Icy Wind. *Note: If you want to run a secondary move, we only suggest doing so with Legacy Hurricane so you most likely will need to use an Elite Fast TM.
